CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
We require at least one hour advance notice for all arrivals and departures. Regular business hours: 8 AM - Midnight


Off-hours Pickup & Drop-off
Drop-offs and pickups outside of our regular business hours will be charged an off-hours fee. This is reserved for special situations (e.g. delayed flights). *Off-hours drop-off is not available to new clients.

How we charge
One "night" of boarding is 24 hours starting from the time of arrival. Daycare is up to 12 hours starting from the time of arrival. On pickup day, overtime < 6 hrs is $10/hr. (This is a discounted hourly rate). After 6 hrs, the full daycare rate applies. *If a swim or hike is added on pickup day, the activity fee will apply as well.



HOLIDAY PERIODS



Holiday Fee
A $10/day holiday fee will apply on the following 2019 dates: 01/01 - 01/02 ...New Year, 04/19 - 04/22...Easter, 05/24 - 05/27...Memorial Day, 07/03 - 07/07...4th of July, 08/30 - 09/03...Labor Day, 11/25 - 12/01...Thanksgiving, 12/16 - 12/31...Christmas.

PAYMENT



Forms of payment accepted
Zelle, Apple Pay, check made out to Denise Cueba, cash.


New Clients
Full payment is due at the time of drop-off. If you need to extend your reservation, payment for the additional dates can be made using a payment app such as Venmo or Cash App. Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received. Any additional charges incurred during your dog's stay (e.g. extra hike/swim session, food, vet visit, grooming etc) must be paid before your dog leaves. If you need to pick up earlier than expected, we will be happy to issue a refund or credit for the adjustment.


Regular Clients
Payment is due upon completion of services.
